- A 50% deposit is required before the project begins. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion, before delivery of final files or launching campaigns.
- Payments must be made through approved payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, etc.).
- Custom quotes may vary based on project scope, duration, and complexity.
- Daily or hourly rates may apply for certain short-term or consulting services.
3. Delivery and Revisions
- Delivery timelines are estimated based on the type and size of the service.
- The client is entitled to up to 2 rounds of revisions, unless otherwise stated in the proposal.
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide all required content (e.g., logos, brand guidelines, login credentials, texts, photos) before the start of the project.
- Failure to provide necessary materials on time may delay the delivery schedule.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- All information shared between the parties will be kept confidential.
- Boustter Digital Agency will not share client data or access credentials with third parties without consent.
- We comply with data protection laws and privacy standards.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- If the client cancels the project before it begins, the initial payment is refundable only if no work has been started.
- Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed.
- If Boustter Digital Agency cancels the project for any reason, a fair refund or credit will be issued to the client.
7. Intellectual Property
- Final deliverables (e.g., designs, copy, ads) become the client’s property upon full payment.
- Boustter Digital Agency reserves the right to display non-confidential work in its portfolio or social media.
8. Performance and Results
- While we strive to achieve the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., number of sales, followers, or ad performance).
- The effectiveness of marketing services depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.
9. Support and Communication
- Communication will be conducted through email, phone, or messaging apps as agreed with the client.
- Support is available during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9h am 5 pm).
10. Legal and Dispute Resolution
