1. Purpose

At Boustter, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services tailored to each client. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be granted.

2. General Policy

Due to the nature of our services (strategic planning, campaign execution, digital asset creation), all sales are considered final once work has started. We do not offer refunds for services already rendered, hours worked, or campaigns executed.


3. Service Cancellation by Client

If the client decides to cancel a service before the work begins:

  • For one-time services (e.g., website setup, campaign launch):
    • A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of payment and before the project begins.
    • A partial refund (up to 50%) may be offered if work has not yet started but resources have been allocated.
  • For ongoing services (e.g., monthly marketing packages):
    • You may cancel anytime by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
    • No refunds are issued for the current or previous billing cycles already paid.

4. Service Cancellation by Boustter

We reserve the right to cancel a project or terminate a service in rare cases, including:

  • Non-payment or repeated late payment.
  • Breach of contract or unethical behavior.
  • Uncooperative behavior or lack of communication that prevents project progress.

In these cases, no refunds will be issued for work already completed. Any unused portion of the service (at our discretion) may be refunded partially.


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days from the confirmation of eligibility.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer).
  • Transaction fees from third parties (like PayPal/Stripe) are non-refundable unless the platform allows it.

6. No-Refund Scenarios

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The client changes their mind after work has begun.
  • The client delays project input or communication.
  • The client is unsatisfied with results but the service was delivered as agreed.
  • Digital products, templates, or downloadable content.
