3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, materials, access credentials, approvals, and instructions reasonably necessary to complete the agreed services.

Delays caused by a client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, or access may affect project deadlines.
4. Payments and Fees

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Payments for completed work, delivered services, or non-refundable third-party expenses may not be refundable.
